Engine repair kit available for Mercedes OM642 engines (petrol or diesel). This part is 3D printed from PA6CF15 material, which is nylon with 15% carbon fiber added. Nylon is one of the strongest materials for 3D printing, and the addition of carbon or glass fibers doubles its properties. The material is heat-resistant (HDT thermal resistance - 180°C at 0.45MPa), and carbon fiber additives provide additional strength and excellent chemical resistance.

 The part is glued with 2K glue, which is heat-resistant in the range from -20°C to 150°C (see pictures).
